Oriel Systems were asked to implement a standalone monitoring and control telemetry system for a global leader in dairy products.
This environmental monitoring and control system utilises Oriel Systems’ intelligent telemetry systems to store and control dairy product waste, whilst monitoring for fluid overflow in order to keep within the pollution control limits.
Our control system is implemented in an accessible area, which offers management of the penstock flow from the control panel on our system.
However, due to the location of the waste pipe (no main electricity nearby) our team installed a standalone low power unit, equipped with it’s own battery and solar panel. This unit communicates the data received from the sensors back to main control system through radio.
